Disrupt was started by entrepreneurs Matt Thorne and Phil Kemish who had met while working together on UK's largest urban entertainment platform GRM Daily, which Matt co founded.
Fuelled by a passion for youth culture the team has been instrumental in pioneering early branded content in the UK urban scene. We are on a mission to elevate the way brands market to young consumers and help brands think disruptively, from launching a range of headphones with Tinchy Styder and Currys, to co-creating the first ever Rated Awards with AG Barr's KA Drinks. We don’t follow trends we set them.
